Mango Banana Smoothie grain-free plant-based
This mango-banana is a delicious daily detox smoothie, comprised of many amazing ingredients with multiple health benefits and nutritional composition.

- ½ Cup Mango ripe, chopped
- ½ Cup Pomegranate seeds Deseed
- ½ Cup Raw unripe Banana raw, chopped
- ½ Cup Coconut milk or other yoghurt multi strain or specific strain
- 1 Handful Microgreen Broccoli
- 1 Tbsp Soaked Nuts Almonds, Brazilian nuts, Walnuts, Pine nut of your choice
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Sattu/Protein powder(plant-based) flour
- 1 Handful Parsley or Kale or Coriander or Spinach raw, chopped
- ¼ Cup Water or Coconut water
- 1 Piece Gooseberry/Amla
- 1 Tbsp Apple pectins/acacia/FOS Prebiotic fiber
Take a blender and add water or coconut water
Add all ingredients mango, raw banana, amla, microgreen (broccoli), soaked nuts, sattu/protein powder, parsley, hemp seeds.
Blend all the ingredients for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
Add coconut yoghurt and mix well with spoon or blend just 5 seconds
Transfer into glasses and add some hemp seeds, chai seeds and nuts for toppings (optional).

1. Can rotate the ripe fruits like mango, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, apple. (keep 1 fruit per day)
2. Avocado 1/4 cup can be added instead of soaked nuts
