Gluten Free Jackfruit Pizza
An easy to make vegetarian, gluten-free, homemade pizza dough and toppings of your choice is a must try recipe for your next meal prep.

For Pizza Base
- 1 Cup Jackfruit Flour
- 1 tsp Olive Oil organic and extra virgin
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50-100 ml Hot water
For Pizza Sauce
- 2 Small Tomato finely chopped
- 1 Small Carrot finely chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic finely minced
- 2 Small Onion finely chopped
- 2 tsp Dry Parsley
- 2 tsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 7-8 Basil Leaves fresh and chopped
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Sugar
For Topping
- 1 Cup Marinated Paneer / Tofu Tofu for dairy free
- ½ Onion diced
- 1 Baby Corn
- ½ Red Bell Pepper thinly sliced
- ½ Green Bell Pepper thinly sliced
For Pizza Base
Mix Jackfruit flour, salt and olive oil in a mixing bowl. knead the dough by adding hot water.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and keep it aside to rest for 20 minutes.
For Pizza Sauce
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Then add minced garlic and saute for 4-5 seconds on low heat.
Add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.
Add chopped tomato and carrot, and saute for 4-5 minutes on low to medium heat.
Add chopped basil, parsley, salt and sugar in it
Add 50 ml of water.
Cover the lid and cook 10-12 minutes on low heat till the tomatoes are cooked and the sauce has thickened.
Turn off the heat and let the sauce cool.
Once cool, grind it in a blender to get sauce-like consistency
For The Pizza Assembly
Roll out pizza dough into a 10-12 inch pizza base and poke several holes with the help of a fork.
Spread sauce into it, add a layer of (mozerella or vegan) and bake for 15-20 minutes in OTG oven at 200 degree C.
Add toppings and again bake it for 10 more minutes. Your Pizza is ready to eat.
