Blend peeled mango and water in a blender
Add the mango juice in fermented jar
Add 1 tbsp of Inulin Powder
Open the capsule and add the ingredient to juice
Mix gently with wooden spoon
Close the lid and place glass jar inside a dark cupboard
Make sure to release the accumulated carbon dioxide from the container by venting it every 8 hours if not using fermented device
After 48-72 hours fermentation store in refrigerator
Consume 1/4 to 1/2 cup daily or mix with other mocktail or smoothies
Next new batch can be made by adding the 2-3 tablespoons of the previous fermented batch
