S. Boulardii Probiotic Drink

Key addition for spectrum of favourable health benefits including prebiotic effects, nutrient digestion and absorption, toxin degradation, pathogen reduction, healthy microbiome, support strong immune system, play complimentary role in eradication of H.Pylori, fungal overgrowth (IMO, SIFO), reduces the risk to develop diarrhoea and reduce antibiotics side effects.

  • 1 Fermented Jar
  • 1 Wooden spoon
  • 1 Blender


  • 2 large Whole Fresh mango
  • 1 tbsp Inulin Prebiotic fiber, optional
  • 250 ml Water Filtered room temperature
  • 1 capsule S. Boulardii (Strain CNCM-I75) Florastor or Econorm


  • Blend peeled mango and water in a blender
  • Add the mango juice in fermented jar
  • Add 1 tbsp of Inulin Powder
  • Open the capsule and add the ingredient to juice
  • Mix gently with wooden spoon
  • Close the lid and place glass jar inside a dark cupboard
  •  Make sure to release the accumulated carbon dioxide from the container by venting it every 8 hours if not using fermented device
  • After 48-72 hours fermentation store in refrigerator
  • Consume 1/4 to 1/2 cup daily or mix with other mocktail or smoothies
  • Next new batch can be made by adding the 2-3 tablespoons of the previous fermented batch


Additional Guidelines
  • It can be fermented in any fruit juice which has fructose and sugar for example apple, pomegranate, strawberry, cherry, pineapple, papaya, coconut water, and ACV.
  • Use an airlock device or fermented jar for fermentation otherwise in normal glass jar it can explode . If you don't have an airlock device, then you need to open the jar lid after every 5-6 hours to avoid production of excessive CO2.
  • Recipe can be fermented 2-3 days depending upon sourness you like. 
  • Ideal fermented temperature is 37 C, but this can be fermented at 22-37 C inside a dark cupboard.
